There is Left audio only in timeline, but both left and right audio in source panel

I tried many ways to solve it. only one perfect solution i have found that is create a new sequence with the clip. Select the media clip in the Project panel > Right Click > New Sequence from Clip.

but the problem is that now i have to do it every time.
can someone please give me ultimate solution for this?
