Hi,

I am uploading videos to Creative Cloud and then downloading them to work in Premiere Pro. However, when downloading the video files, they download in 1 second, are 1kb in size, won't play in any player and when importing into PP I get this error message - This file has an unsupported compression type.

I chatted to someone at support and they tried to download and everything worked fine for them.

Is this an issue with my Internet? Or in PP?

Thanks

Thanks. Sorted my issue out perfectly (had to delete all cache as just doing the unused ones didn't work). It also solved another import error I was getting, so thank you very uch for the help.
