Question

Time remapping doesn't work in premiere pro

I have looked up earlier problems about time remapping in the community. The fx symbol of the time remapping is greyed out. I have enabled the show clip keyframes and show video keyframes. I have been working in this version of Premier pro(v12.12) before with the time remapping function without any problems. I can not download the newest version of premiere since the access to the creative cloud apps section has been disabled by my school institution. This is really annoying! Can someone please help me?

The fx symbol of the time remapping is greyed out.

In the Effect Controls, that is by design (always been like that).

Make sure Show FX badge is turned on in the Timeline.

If you don't know how to achieve this:

- Touch the wrench tool (positioned next to CC button) in timeline section below timecode

- Select Show FX badge

Hope this helps.

Try nesting the clip and applying time remapping to the nest,.
