Hello everybody,
Since release 22 I have been experiencing the following issue.
I import a 2160p 50 fps clip on a 1080p 25 fps timeline.
I apply a Time Warp effect to the clip and then scale it to fit the timeline dimension (nothing changes if I scale the clip first).
If the scaling is 50 or less when I start previewing the clip shifts towards the upper left corner, otherwise the preview is right.
It seems to me it is a Premiere Pro bug... has someone else encountered this problem?

Some lingo to begin with: there is no Time Warp Stabilizer nor Time Warp (which is long gone or in Ae). Warp Stabilizer is the correct name.
Why is using the correct name so important, as time warp is something completely different from stabilizing.
Set scale in the Motion to 50,1.

Thanks Ann, your workaround fixes my current problem, but if in the future I wanted to scale to less than 50% the problem would occur again.
