Timecode Incorrect Upon Multicam Sync

New Here ,
Oct 30, 2019 Oct 30, 2019

I am syncing audio and video in Premiere by using the "create multicam sequence" function, then syncing via timecode. While the footage comes out synced, the timecode in the timeline is off by over an hour. Has anyone encountered this problem, or have fix?

 Premiere Pro 13.1.5

Sony Venice footage shoot @ 17x9 6k, 23.976 -mxf file.

Audio @ 23.976

Timecode Jam-synced on set to Time of Day. Both audio and video were correctly set and their timecodes match.

Are you sure you set the timezone correctly on all cameras?

Yes, the difference in placement isn't a matter of a few exact hours off, premiere is displacing the clips by a random amount of time.
