Timecode Overlay issue

Please can someone please provide a detailed explination for this issue? I getting square boxes instead of timecode in exports? Here's an expample

@pierrefunk The Timecode effect uses the system's Arial font (sometimes called ArialMT). Check in the font manager on your system if there are any conflicting copies of Arial installed, and try disabling any Arial versions except the system version.
