Timeline is jumping the playhead back to a random spot

I've been having this issue the last few weeks. My timeline playhead will randomly jump backward in my timeline to a random spot. With this particular sequence, it keeps jumping back to the 01:57:20 mark. I have no Ins/Outs set. And this will randomly happen when I move my cursor around, or hit play and pause. Maybe once ever 5 min or so, sometimes more. Each timeline has a different spot that it will jump back to.

I don't know if this is an issue with my system, my premiere, or my magic mouse.

Has anyone experienced anything like this

This can happen if you have the same sequence loaded in the Source Monitor or if you are filtering text in the Text panel.

On Premiere 2025. Was frustrated with what seems like random movement. Turns out, there was a word in the Text panel filter and the playhead stopped jumping around. Thanks!
