Timeline not playing after render

Yikes! A project I am working on will not play in the timeline. Other projects will play....

My adobe crashed, and told me I had to "reset" my preferences. I did. Upon doing so, one I render any sequence in this project I am working on, the timeline won't play. Clips also don't show in the source monitor. I have tried clearing media cache, resetting preferences, creating a new adobe profile, restarting computer, updating IOS, creating new sequences, and uninstalling/installing premiere...all to no avail.

Any suggestions?? Another error that is now happening is that there is no yellow red or green render bar above the sequence....
