Timeline Playback speed

I opened Premiere today and my timelines are playing back at 2x speed. I've tried using JKL to slow it down, also restarting, but nothing is helping. Is there a place in the program where I can manually set the playback speed to regular?

Check your audio hardware in the preferences: set input to none.

I had this happen to me recently - look under AUDIO HARDWARE, that is where the issue lies. Needs to be changed. Don't recall exact details
