Timeline right click menu too low, a lot of scrolling

Currently using Adobe Premiere 23.4 on a 2021 16" M1 Max MBP. 

This annoying bug has been around for a while but I'm finally getting around to posting about it.

Every time I right click on a clip in the timeline, the right click menu shows up very low on the screen and I have to scroll down constantly. I use the label feature a lot and I have to scroll down every time to go to labels. Very inefficient. 

Please fix when you can Adobe. Once upon a time this menu showed up correctly without scrolling.
