toggle full screen not working in CC 2015

Clicking the "Toggle Full Screen" quick key -- normally the tilde key -- will only make the Source and Program panels full screen.  In the 2015 update, it seems it no longer works for the Sequence panel.

Is it just my system?

Mitch from Adobe e-mailed me and we figured out the issue.

There are three somewhat similar tilde-based shortcuts:

Toggle Full Screen (Ctl + ~)

This toggles the active Clip panel (window) full screen or the Source panel full screen

Maximize or Restore Active Frame (Shift + ~)

This maximizes the active Clip, Source, or Timeline panels

Maximize or Restore Frame Under Cursor (unassigned)

This maximizes the Clip, Source, or Timeline panels that you are cursored over

I had the same problem until I worked out that on my keyboard the tilda key seems to have relocated itself to the right hand half of the shift key

I think I know what your issue was, and if it is the same as what I had, then I found the answer in another thread.

Go to the Window pull down tab in the menu bar and click "Application Frame." Not "Application Bar," they're different. If you don't see it, type "Application Frame" in the Help tab and it'll point it out to you. It should be checked off once you click it and the whole application should be a window like a normal program now. That's what I was looking for, hopefully this helps you too.

Yes, I'd like some help with this. Thinking about leaving the sinking ship of Apple and I'm looking at Premier for the first time. I'm still using FCP 7 running 10.9.1, I refuse to go any higher with my OS. What I love about FCP 7 is being able to use my two monitors while I work. My 2nd monitor I have my browser with all my clips, organized in tabs so I can quickly get to things, on the main window I have my viewer, timeline and main window. I have always created my own shortcut button (F13) to trigger 2nd monitor full screen, it's really nice to be able to work like that.

Can I set up Premier like that or something similar? All I've been able to figure out is going to preferences and making the screen big, then can't get rid of it, until I go back into preferences and turn it off.

Help?

I answered this in my other thread. The problem is FIXED in El Capitan Public Beta 10.11.2, released a few days ago.

No 10.11.2 update available on the app store. How can you get hold of this latest OS update?

Sorry but none of these shortcuts work. Tried everyone of them, and unable to get toggle full screen working. I'm on Mac OSX El Capitan running Premiere Pro CC 2015 (latest version, 9.0.2?).
