I have some footage that I am trying to clean up and looking the only good way to do it is frame by frame.  I exported all frames into TIFF format with FFMpeg.  I then ran it thru Topaz Photo AI.  Set it to TIFF and the type basically to "Same Value".  I can import the FFMpeg created tiff files into Premiere but not the Topaz ones.  Keeps erroring and inserting black frames.  I can't upload them here so best I can do is the metadata from mediainfo:

Try changing the file extension from tiff to tif and see if they import.
