Please help - the track matte key keeps offsetting my footage. I dont know why. Ive used this feature in premiere pro so many times and never encountered this problem and its driving me crazy, not being able to figure this out.
The shape is in place - everything looks fine. I place the footage underneath, put track matte on, and it completely off-sets my video... it doesnt show up in the provided shape.
I've played with the transform effect... messed around with all the settings and cant seem to figure it out. I'm hoping its an easy fix, and someone can help me see what i'm not seeing.
Would really appreciate it!! Thanks!

Never mind is not a phrase we use here on the forum.
Please explain what the issue was so other users can benefit.

If you want a graphic to use as a matte make it pure white and no stroke.
Aloso make a separate matte for each speaker.
If you want a stroke, put that afterwards as a separate shape.
Footage needs to match the sequence settings: hence the off behavior.
