Bonjour, je voulais faire une transcription de ma vidéo mais n'arrive pas à aboutir car cela me met ce message : Réception d'une réponse incorrecte du réseau or, je suis parfaitement connectée. Que faire ?

Hello, I wanted to make a transcription of my video but I can't because it gives me this message : Received an incorrect response from the network, but I'm perfectly connected. What to do ?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
