transcription error message

Can annyone tell me why I'm getting this meaasage when trying to transcribe audio?

Thanks for responding.
In Premiere Pro my Speech to Text Transcribe button is grayed out.
My Creative Cloud subscription is not expired or showing warnings.
When I open https://adobe-voice.adobe.io/ in a browser - this is the response I get.
{"error_code":"401013","message":"Oauth token is not valid"}
I am using a mac that is running BigSur 11.6 OS with a 2019 Intel Core i9.
As far as I know the firewall is not blocking the software.

Hi there! Have you signed in and out of your Creative Cloud Desktop App lately? It looks like something is going wrong with your account authentification. If that doesn't work, try using Premiere on a fresh user account: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/set-up-other-users-on-your-mac-mtusr001/mac
