Transcription not working

I get "No dialogue found" in the text window regardless of what I do...it was working as recently as a week or two ago...

More info please. What version of PR? New project? Multiple file types? Etc

Thanks for getting back to me !  The lastest PR....24.3. Both new projects and old. Mp4 and MFX files. No dialogue found for any, and from the screenshots, you can see there is dialogue

I have the answer to this...and a simple one it is. Since I'm and Enteprise client with WTW, the companhy I work, I was simultaneously reaching out to Andy Edwards, on the Adobe Elite Support ASP Tema, who in turn reach out to Matt Christensen on the Engineering team to solve the issue. Matt saw that it was just a matter of me checking the Follow active monitor button on the bottom of the Transcipt window. I must have unchecked it without realizing it. Thanks, all!
