Transform effect missing in Premiere Pro 2025

Picture this, I am working on my lyric video and I go to add some motion blur using the shutter angle tool right, and I look for the transform effect, and it's nowhere to be found. I don't know if my software is bugging or if it has been replaced by something else in the update. Any information helps!

Since the update to Premiere 2025, the Transform effect has been moved from the Distort folder to the Transform folder in the Effects panel.

If you look closely at your screenshot you will see the Transform effect in the Transform bin

Then where is the shutter angle modifier because thats what I need to use.

Its still inside the effect, nearly at the bottom, second last.

Go to the Transform effect controls in the ECP, scroll down. It's the last twirl-down option.
