I am trying to use the Studio Planet transition pack. I watched the tutorial they sent me with the pack. However, when I add the transition to my film it shows the photos from the default transition. The default photos arent transparent so you cant see my video underneath. In the pictures below it shows that im driving which is my video I recored, and the rings is the default picture for the transition. How can I make those default pictures transparent?

Studio Planet had me a new file again and now its working. Something must of happened to my old file when I was downloading it.

Did you render the timeline to change the red line to green?

Try deleting the media cache files:

and then render the timeline by presssing enter

Peru,

I tried the deleteing the media cache and that didnt help. However, in the picture i sent of the time line the first Studio Planet Transition of the light leaks works when i hit the eye symbol to the left. The Elastic pan shows the ocean which is the default screen for the transition. When turning the eye off the transition doesnt show anything at all. So being that the light leak works tells me that i didnt get a scam copy of the Studio plant pack. Which I say the ad of Facebook but went to my search browser and went the offical website of Studio Planet when I bought the pack.

At the cut you are on in this screenshot, you are using the clips to their full length. There are no frames underneath of the adjoining clips to do a transition. Try using a very basic transition like a slide or something till you get this working.

So put two of your clips on v1, drag the four ends of the clips inward (so you are not on the first or last frame of either) and then put those clips next to each other (You wont see the little triangles which you see on the clips at your timeline indicator which you see in the screenshot above.)

Then put the basic effect over the center of those joined clips and see what you have.

Please show a screenshot with the timeline expanded (zoomed) at the point of the transition.

I keep seeing their advertisements on facebook. As far as I could tell, I think their idea have v1 off, is so you don't get that track when you drop in the effect. You can delete the default previews that come with the various effects, that is there so you can see it quickly when selecting an effect. (OK, the above is a guesstimate based on some samples of effects I've seen, ymmv. :-))

Yeah i saw it on Facebook and decided to try it. I get all of the transitions and the sound effects words but it doesnt transition my video. either shows that default picture or doesnt do an effect at all
