Transitions bundle not showing up

Hello I am running the latest version of Premiere pro. I recently purchased the TT-Bundle-1. I download the package, run the installer, it says it's succesful. I've quit and reopened premiere. I ran it standard and ran it as Intel. When I got to my effects bin and look in the transitions folder, it does not show up. I have tried emailing the developer, with ZERO answer, and of course I can't get ahold of anyone in Adobe. At this point I just want my $50 back.

    Hi @206780947334505695lpi,

    I read your case notes. You bought a "transitions" bundle, installed it, yet it is not appearing in your transitions folder. Is that correct? I think I know what's happening. These are not actually transitions, but "bundles" of effects created with effects presets, nested effects, adjustment layers, etc. Please read the user guide for these effects carefully. You may not be performing the correct steps to get these effects working within Premiere Pro. Let us know what you discover.

    Yes, I think you need the vendor. I like the idea, these appear to be actual transitions and not effects that we usually see for PP. I've only spotted https://www.filmimpact.com/ using actual transitions, so I'm interested in how these work. 

     

    I'll jump on my tester in a bit and give these a try... though I can't find their website, and their version numbers are like 0.0.15, so, that's not overly confidence building.

     

    Keep us informed when you find something. Are you on a mac?
