Transitions Glitching

Hello, 

Something weird is going on with my transitions all of a sudden. I have used the transition "Cross Zoom" for all of my other videos and it has worked seamlessly. All of a sudden it started to glitch on me. 

I thought maybe it was just the format of this particular video so I decided to use a different transition (Iris Box) and that one is glitching also. Like the transition repeats itself over and over until the command is over. 

I have attached videos for reference. 

Anyone have any idea on what's happening or what I'm doing wrong?

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

Then try pressing Enter to render the timeline and turn the red line above the timeline to green.
