Transitions have an X

I have the Creative Cloud All Apps plan but most video transitions in Premiere Pro (except those in the Dissolve folder) have an X through them? I think the program thinks I have the trial version but I'm logged in to my account and it shows my full adobe plan. How can I update Premiere Pro to get the rest of the transitions working?

MA (Motion Effects) Film Roll is a third party effect, not part of Premiere's built in transitions.

Please show a screenshot of the entire UI showing the issue.

X usual means trial version of 3rd party software used.

i just loaded a screenshot of the X that shows up in transitions like i only have the trial version. the transition in this shot is just a basic roll which used to be included. i now have 2 adobe all apps memberships and neither let me use these transitions....which they previously worked.
