    Welcome to the forums.

I suspect the .TS stands for "transport stream", rename it to .MPG and then you can convert it.

See the following links for more help:

FAQ: How do I import xyz format files?

You will also find links to many free tutorials in the PremiereProPedia that will quickly show you how things are done in Premiere Pro.

    hi everyone

    i found a way

    1- rename .ts to .mpg

2- run km player. it's free!

3- right click on km player, in capture menu, click on audio capture

4- play the file to capture audio

4- after that you can import video by .mpg file and import audio by .mp3 file (captired by km player)
