Turn Off Audio Monitoring During Recording Voice Over

Forgive me if this is a feature already, but if it is I haven't found it. Whenever I'm recording something using the voice over feature, I have to physically turn down my speakers because there's no way to turn off audio monitoring. I know I could use headphones, but even then there's a 1 second-ish delay in the monitor audio, so I have to turn the volume down anyway because I can't talk with that kind of delay lol.

I'm on Windows 10 using the latest version of Premiere.

It would be nice to also have an option to mute audio outpute during timeline recording.
Somtimes I record guide-VO segments, to help me with timeing while editing. The VO is later replaced with a hired VO.

But, I don't want to grab my headphones all the time. It would be nice to just hit the microphone icon, to start recording my dummy VO clip, and have all the audio muted.

Richard showed how to simply do that in Premiere in his post above yours.

The controls for that have always been there.

I hit the mute button on my keyboard. You could also mute the master volume in Premiere Pro.

SI, pero si deseas escuchar el resto de las pistas (como para un karaoke) y no escuchar solo tu voz (con rtetardo además) no te sirve eso.
