Twixtor - Simple guidance - Same length more frames in AE and Premier.

I have Twixtor Pro 7, AE 15 and Premier 17 on a PC.

Sorry, this is on offline PC, all I have access to ATM.

Can anybody simplify the requirements for same length, more frames for both programs?

Also, can twixtor do the above task on video?

Sometimes working on videos with odd frame rates like 3.65 FPS, etc.

Should I re-interpret to a standard FPS first, and what are the recognised standard FPS?

I would have thought this would be the main use of program.

Be nice to see some simple instruction for the basic task without so much confussing info.

ATM I have video with odd frame rate, and no extra frames show in timelines or encoder display.

The only task is to create more frames, 2x or time 3x the frames should be good, need to see outcome to decide

I can change the fps again after twixtor edit is done, because lagarith is used

Might be best to contact RE:vision over this, especially with the odd framerate and somewhat old software.

I can just start by interpreting footage at 15fps.

The settings should be the same for software.

We can assume new version if you wish, just looking for the very basic use.
