Two adobe accounts

I have two adobe premium accounts and can't seem to sign out of one and enter another on the desktop. How can I fix this?

Can I use one account for both profiles? Please help

I have one adobe acrobat pro under one email and another adobe pro account with a different email. Personal and professional I guess. I'm having trouble Accessing the desktop application. It won't allow me to sign out of one.

Can I merge both accounts into 1 profile?

Why do you have two 'adobe premium accounts'? Two paid accounts?
