UI Scaling causing timeline bugs

I have a monitor with a high PPI, so I use a 125% UI scaling option in the Windows settings as the interface is too small for me.

And when I'm working on the timeline, occasional glitches may occur. In this case (see the attached video), when I move my cursor along the timeline with the Razor Tool activated, some strange vertical lines appear. 

I use the lastest version of Premiere Pro. 

How can this problem be solved?
