Ultra Key use in Premiere Pro version 23.0.0.

I recorded two separate videos with a green screen background. The first video clip worked with Ultra Key FX, so I can see the backgrounds that I wanted to add. The second video clip doesn't give me the option of choosing Ultra Key FX, so I can't add it to the clip. What do I need to do?

I'm unclear what you mean by it "doesn't give me the option." If you want to use the Ultra Key effect (or any other effect) on a clip, you need to apply the effect first. Here's how:

1. Select the clip in the timeline that you want to apply the effect to.
2. Go to the Effects panel and search for the Ultra Key effect.
3. Double-click the Ultra Key effect in the list to apply it to your clip.
4. Go to the Effect Controls panel to adjust the parameters of the effect.
