Unable to cut/trim sequence at specific point, Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018

  1. As the below video shows, I want to cut my project at the start of the marker, but I'm unable. If I try to drag the clip it says 'minimum trim duration reached on video 1'. 
    It's the first time I've experienced this issue and it's driving me crazy... I really need to do some precise clip editing! 
    My video is portrait and not my usual landscape, would that be an issue? Thanks, Tommy

Hi. It's letting me cut at around 0.066 of a second intervals. So much longer than a frame. 


Richard is correct. You are zoomed in too far.

Under the Program monitor wrench icon, uncheck "Show Audio Time Units." This setting is letting you zoom in past the point of where you can make edits.

After a 3min download your video come up blank in Media Player

Hi. I've tried adding the attachment again. Essentially it's just me attempting to cut a sequence in a specific place, but Premiere Pro not having it.
