Unable to delete presets I don't use.

I am trying to delete the presets as you can see, but the delete icon grayed out and isn't working.
Right clicking also has "Delete" grayed out.

I tried reinstalling Premiere Pro, Deleting all the data from AppData and Documents folder, deleting the presets file.
