Unable to Duplicate Clips in Timeline

How are you trying to duplicate clips, and what happens when you attempt it?

i just drag The CLIPS USING ALT Button AND USING MOUSE ....... I AHVE ATTACHED A FILE PLEASE VIEW IT BROTHER

Is it just that clip that will not duplicate?

The first thing I would suggest is resetting your workspace.
