unable to install..

hello! im a new user of adobe and i just registered for the free trial. im a student so i get a whole cloud creative plan, but my main use is adobe premiere pro. however, i've successfully downloaded the cloud creative application yet i am unable to download the adobe premiere pro application. from what i see, it's due to not having enough to install media encoder.. i have tried several areas for downloading yet none of them work, may i know if any of you had faced this problem before, but if you did, could you please teach me how to fix this problem? thank you so much!
