Unable to save new sequence

When I create a new sequence from the project pannel to try to change the sequence settings, the bottom part of the window that contains the sequence name and the options "cancel" and "ok" "doesn't fit my screen" (for what it seems like). I am using a 1920 x 1200 screen.

I just want to to change the frame size of the video. Is there any way to fix this? Or a workaround to change the frame size of the video without having to go to the sequence settings?
