whenever i try to reposition i have to reposition the graphic / text individually which is really hard beacuse of over 200 Text to move its like a caption moving video but with very fast captions. Please help me with this problem. Thank you.
Also, I think i have an older version of it so maybe thats the problem which can be said by the screenshot attached.
I had a similar problem and just solved it, so I will try my best to help you.
Solution 1 (that may not work in an older version) :
- Transcribe your sequence going in Text > Transcript
- Merge all the "segments", double-click and replace the "transcript text" by your own text
(for this 2 firsts steps you can also import your own .srt file)
- Click on "Create Captions" and put the "maximum length" and "minimum duration" to the minimum value. Select the value Single for "Lines" and then click ok.

You should then have brand new captions, and you can adjust the style and import/export your own style in the "Essential graphics" windows.
- Then, if you want to animate your text, you will have for sure to update to v23 and Choose "Graphic and Titles" > "Upgrade captions to graphics"
Solution 2 : Simpler, but not as fast as the first one once set up (depends how you are working with subtitles)
- Select all your graphics
- Click on "Nest..."
- Select your Nest
- Click on Effect controls and adjust the position of your text (it will adjust the position of ALL your graphics)
- To simplify this last step, you can export the adjusments by clicking right on "Motion" and then select save preset.
(Then, in the next video, you will Nest your graphics, and then drag and drop your preset on the Nest)
