Unable to upload Premiere Pro video to YouTube; in/out duration issues?

Hello everyone, thanks in advance for your time. I am trying to upload a short video (00:00:59:28) to YouTube from Premiere Pro (2023.3.0) and I am getting an error message "Processing Abandoned." I think the problem is in the in/out duration, which is showing 00:01 and not 59:18. However, I can't figure out how to fix it. Can anyone out there help me?? Thank you!   --Susan

Check your source range.

Otherwise post screenshot export settings.
