underlining highlighted text
im trying to underline just the highlighted portion of text and not the rest. but even though ive highlighted just the portion i want to underline, it hioghlighting the whole thing

Do this from the Essential Graphics panel ... EGP.
The T with a line under it is the "underline" icon ... the one that looks like this: T
And if you select the text, then click the underlined T icon, you get that bit underlined and nothing else.
