Uneditable "editable" template

I downloaded an "editable" logo reveal template but when I try to edit in PremierePro or After Effects, there is no data in the Essential Graphics panel for me to replace the logo in the template with my own logo. 

 

The file is Water electric splash 3d logo reveal fully editable template by Designation (file #764236708)

 

Am I doing something wrong?

    Unfortunately, the file is an MOV and is not going to be editable in the way you expect. You may request a refund by selecting the chat pod in the lower right corner at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

     

    For editable templates, check out Video Templates on Adobe Stock for After Effects & Premiere Pro templates and Mogrts.

    Hello all, I've sent this contributors potential misuse of "fully editable" in titles to be reviewed internally. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the assets.

      That is a strange thing. "fully editable" is definitely misleading.

      I have the same problem with same file and Adobe can't help a person it seems

      Best is to post in the Adobe Stock forum.

      We cannot test a template or whatever file.

        It does not tell you what is editable in the template.

        Can you post a screenshot of Effect controls panel and properties panel.
