Unselecting tpin to clip doesn't prevent accidentally losing your keyframe after you adjust the clip

An influencer from instagram told me this, and I tried it, but it doesn't work.

You may need to increase the horizontal size of the Effects Control Panel timeline or zoom in to it.

It does work. I use it often.
