Unspecified error occurred while performing a conforming action

Hi, I am currently working on a project. I have to merge 3 different videos. I have no issues importing the first 2 videos, but, on the 3rd video, I am getting an error saying it encounters an error conforming the 3rd video and Adobe Premiere shortens the 3rd video from 58 minutes to 20 minutes. I tried to reupload the file from the source and it still does the same thing. I also tried deleting the cache files and it won't help. Also, the files are not compressed, so, I am not sure what is happening on the 3rd video. Please assist. I need to complete this project ASAP.

what are the specs for the source file?  pixel dimensions, codec, frame rate?

guess you're on windows (I'm on the mac) but let's see what we can figure out.

When you import the file into premiere, does it truncate the duration or does this only happen when you add it to a timeline?  Is the clip actually truncated or is it sped up?

Select the clip in the browser and right click and choose properties.  That should give you frame rate and pixel dimensions.

You might try converting the file into a different codec using adobe media encoder.  If you were on the mac, I'd suggest prores, but since you're on windows, I'm not sure what the equivalent is.  Maybe someone here will post a suggestion.
