unsynchronized audio

Hi, 

we have Adobe Premiere running both on apple and windows.  Sometimes I get unsynchronized audio playback in Premiere. The file plays ok when played in external video player. I have to shift the video approximately 18 frames to sync it. The interesting thing is that sometimes its unsynchronized on Windows computer, but is ok on Mac Premiere. And vice versa - sometimes unsynchronized on apple and ok on windows. Any ideas or plans how to fix this?

Sorry to hear about this. Let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using & if this is happening with any specific media/media type. Also, please share a screenshot of the Media File Properties, Sequence Settings & Audio Hardware preferences window in Premiere Pro. We're here to help, just need more info.
