Upgraded Premiere Timeline

After upgrading Premiere, an issue appeared on my timeline. I was fixing a problem with a video I produced several years back, and I no longer have the project files, so I grabbed the completed video from my exports and added it to the timeline. The video is not showing unless I drag my mouse over it. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

Then create a new project and import the old one into it.

I followed all the suggestions on this community forum, but the issue was unresolved. After upgrading to 25.0, the content added to a timeline project disappeared unless I right-clicked and dragged it to reveal the content. When the mouse was moved from the timeline, the content disappeared again. To resolve the problem, I had to roll back to the previous version of the software. I have not found anyone else having issues with this bug. For now, I will monitor the forum and wait to upgrade.

I believe I am having the same issue. Have yo found a solution besides rolling back the update?

I have not found an answer, but knowing it's not just me is good. I will wait until the upgrade has a newer version before trying again.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

Before the upgrade, I experienced no issues. To clarify what is happening, when I add content to the timeline, it is invisible unless I click the content on the timeline, but when I move the mouse away from the content, it becomes invisible again.

I'll look at the driver to verify it's using the latest upgrade.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
