Not exactly sure what you're asking. But if you mean importing clips into Premiere from an online storage of Dropbox or Google Drive ...  not so well. Those services are designed to move documents. And parse the bits to send sequentially very different than a video app needs video files.

So for actual online storage, and using the files from that storage, they are problematic at best. They are very good for moving files from one place to another. So you can send files to a couple co-workers and all have the files.

But it's best to move them from any Dropbox or Drive folder to a regular folder on your computer, as they do routinely make notes in the headers of files in the folders they sync from/to. Which causes Premiere at times to think the file is not the file it was looking for.

LucidLink on the other hand was built to transport video files for post work. I have a partner in Cape Town, SA. I'm in Oregon. He can call me on WhatsApp, say he's uploading a folder to our Amazon S3 servers in London, and within a few seconds I see the folder appear in the "virtual" drive that LucidLink makes on the local computer. He's all Mac, by the way, I'm total PC.

Within a few more seconds, I see files starting to appear. And at that point I can go into Premiere, and not only import any file in that folder into Premiere, I can drag/drop them onto the timeline to create a sequence. Then ... start playback.

And the folder isn't done uploading from Cape Town to London yet! Amazing service. Not free, of course. But you can work from online storage with it.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...
