upscaling videos to 4k and 8k

Ok so i just subscirbed to creative cloud pro all apps. Though i have hitpaw for upscaling videos i am not satisfied with faces which are far or in background.They look waxy. But faces which are near are sharp and great. Which adobe software will help and how?

Adding to Ann's reply, since you are upscaling, go to the highest possible

if you will be scaling up later in premiere pro, like doing zoom in effects etc...

so for example if your final output is 4K, upscale to 8K before importing

to a 4K sequence in premiere pro.

export making my video not full screen it is showing black edges. What i am doing wrong?

Upscaling 4K to 8K in Premiere is not a very good idea.

You will lose image quality.

You could try After Effects The Detail-preserving Upscale effect
