I am using Adobe Premier pro for the very first time. I have some very old video - around 18 or 19 years old - filmed using analog video(camcoder etc...) generally of 480 resolution. I used the default Microsoft tools and after export the file size is on the higher size. How i can reduce the file size of MP4 video(without loosing the quality)?
Also please guide me to learn more about Adobe Premier Pro - how to use it - basic stuff.

Just edit the files as is. Reducing file size also means loosing quality which you wont want with old footage.
