Video clips not playing

So in the middle of a project and everything was working fine. I import a couple of clips and then add them to my timeline, they play fine but all the clips that were there beforehand don't play...

The audio works fine but the video just gets stuck. If i leave it on the clip for about 20 seconds a still image of the clip will load in the preview window but as soon as I press play is just freezes again...but the latest clips I added work fine??

    Sounds like something got bolluxed in the cache files. Check where your cache files are stored by looking in your Preferences dialog, then shut down Pr, go to that location and delete everything in those folders, reboot, then relaunch Pr, and see if it works better.
