Video comes out different after exporting from the sequence it came from

Hello there. So I encountered a really weird exporting bug or error lately and I don't know if this happened to all other versions as well.  To summarize, here's the problem:

1.  My sequence is ready for exporting, which included all the latest amends compared to the previous version. 
2. Marked in and out to prepare for exporting, afterwards I sent it to Media encoder. 
3. When exporting was done, the output is different from what I have on the actual sequence where it came from.

Here's screenshot of the sequence. Take note at the word "£100,000", which also has the correct voice over in it. 

And this is the exported video:

The word remained "£180,000" (which included the voice over of the same amount).  This was from the older version of this sequence, contrary to the updated one.

In addition,  I already cleared all caches, video previews, and etc. 

I wonder what could be wrong?

Premiere pro version: 24.1.0 (Build 25) on Macbook Pro M1 Pro
