Video created in Flashback Pro sand Exported as MP4, then imported into PP for editing is cut off.

Flashback Pro is screencasting software that I am using to screen record. I am exporting that video in mp4 format and importing back into PP for editing purposes since the editor panel in PP is significantly better than Flashback IMO.  When I play the video i exported from flashback pro, say,  in Windows Media player, or VLC, it shows the full video, however, all 4 video clips I imported into PP are cut off. It does not display the full video, and I have no idea why that is. Some clips are more cut off than the others.  I tried exporting the project and it shows exactly like in the editor panel.  Any advice or help in correcting the problem would be highly appreciated.
