That kind of image is often the result of driver errors. What is your GPU?

 

I know a lot of users have been getting really buggy pictures with any Nvidia drivers after the 517.40 one.

 

So if you're on an Nvidia GPU, perhaps going to the Nvidia site, driver support, older drivers, and doing a clean install of the 517.40 STUDIO driver (never the game-ready!) might help.

    Hopefully it's the driver thing and then they'll just have regular phone media that doesn't run well instead of technicolor phone media that doesn't run well 🙂
