Video Files Won't Play From 2TD SSD, Will Play from 1 TB SSD

I posted earlier about an issue with my Panasonic EVA-1 files playing in Premiere Pro after the latest update and here's a bit of an update (on my issue):

I am currently using 3 San Disk SSD drives to edit a few projects:

 - 1 TB San Disk Extreme Portable SSD V2

 - 2 TB San Disk Extreme Portable SSD V2

 - 2 TB San Disk Extreme PRO Portable SSD V2

The native files from my camera (AVCHD h.264 4:2:2 10 bit) will NOT play in Premiere Pro on either of the 2 TB drives. However, if I drag those same files to my 1 TB SSD (or another OWC drive) or my desktop, the files will play in Premiere.

I called San Disk and they were unsure why this was an issue and mentioned if might be something with the capacities of the drives - essentially PP couldn't handle the 2TBs.

Anyone else have an issue like this? The SSD drives are USB 3.2 Gen 2 and I've tried swapping cables to no avail. Even my OWC 2 TB 7200 rpm can play the native files in Premiere, and it's connected via USB 3.1 Gen 1

Thanks for any suggestions.

Are the hard drives getting pegged at 100% usage?

Thanks for the response, I assume you're asking how full the drives are?

 - 1 TB San Disk Extreme Portable SSD V2  (348GB are used, 652 available, 35% capacity) - this is the drive that works

 - 2 TB San Disk Extreme Portable SSD V2  (1.21 TB used, 789GB available, 61% capacity)

 - 2 TB San Disk Extreme PRO Portable SSD V2 (1.87 TB used, 1.32GB available, 94% capacity)

That disk is full and that´s what´s causing the issue. Any disk with less than ~10% free space struggles to keep up. Free up space on that disk and it will playback files with no issues.
