Video Not Importing, Only Audio

I received a (huge) batch of video clips that were all shot the same way.

When I import the clips into Premiere, it only imports the audio, not the video.

Since there are over 100 clips, I'd really like to avoid converting all of these files.

Here is some additional info on the clips:

Thanks!

VLC is also not importing this file and throws an Error.

Also, Premiere Pro doesn't support QT-XAVC yet. So, transcode these files and then try to use it.

    mksalva,

Find a solution for this issue yet? What did you end up doing?

    Thanks,

The only solution I could come up with is opening each video file in Quicktime, and exporting them. It looks like the files were encoded in a way that only FCP can read; I could not open the videos in any Adobe application.

Have you tried importing with the Media Browser?

I have tried importing the files every way that Premiere allows. I've also tried importing the videos into other Adobe applications such as Media Encoder. Same thing, audio, no video.

The only place where I can open the files is in Quicktime.

Can you upload one of (the smallest of) these files?
