video not playing properly in external players

Question

hello so i have just finished a project and I went to go to a part of the footage to get a thumbnail and when I skip to that part the video just goes black I can watch it but if I skip it at all it just stops

I have done

- rendered it a second time

- deleted VLC player (which also used TV and Movies) and reinstalled it

- I am currently uninstalling premiere pro

- -then I am going to get some other footage and render that to see if it fixes itself

I get no problems in premiere pro it exports like normal I used the same export settings I used from the previous update maybe it's an issue with the new menu?? I did have to recreate the export settings which was fine (I like the new menu)

Is anyone else getting this

Hi Vengeful_vv. Sorry about this. Is it possible that your computer's hardware may not be powerful enough for a 4K clip to playback normally? Try this: upload the file to Google Drive or YouTube and see if it plays back OK there. If so, then that might be your issue: the computer is not powerful enough. Let us know!
